You can bid against yourself, but it will not affect you in a negative way as long as your ad accounts / campaign groups belong to one App Store Connect Account.

So for instance, if you have the same keyword in two different apps and you bid for it in both you are not competing with yourself and this will have no effect on your CPT as long as both apps are under the same content provider which is your App Store Connect Account.

You will only pay the second price that is not in your content provider.

This way there is no competition between apps associated with the same App Store Connect Account.
