If you don't see charts, first check the time period you have selected. Next, if the time period is correct, try opening SearchAdsHQ in Incognito window. If opening in Incognito window did not help, please write to us indicating your browser and the exact account, filter and dates you've used.

If you see the charts, when you open SearchAdsHQ in Incognito window, there are two solutions to the problem:

1) Clean cache.

2) If cleaning cache didn't work - clean the storage. Here are the steps:

  • Open console using Ctrl+Shift+J or Ctrl+Shift+I (on Windows) or Ctrl+Option+J (on Mac)
  • Go to Application tab
  • Clear Storage
  • Clear site data
